On November 14, 2025, under the guidance of the Hai Phong Confederation of Labor and with the approval of the company’s Board of Directors, the SSK Vietnam Trade Union solemnly held its 3rd Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
The Congress was a significant event, marking a new milestone in the company’s union movement and activities. It served as an opportunity to review and objectively evaluate the achievements and shortcomings of the previous term. Based on this, the Congress discussed and unanimously adopted the strategic directions and specific action plan for the new 2025-2030 term.
Thanks to meticulous and professional preparation, the Congress was held at the company’s Workshop 2 in a formal atmosphere. The event was honored by the presence of representatives from the company’s leadership, along with 32 outstanding union members and employees. The Congress also received congratulatory flowers and words of encouragement from the leadership of the Hai Phong Confederation of Labor.
The Congress proceedings were conducted in an efficient and formal manner, closely adhering to the planned agenda. The participating delegates clearly demonstrated their roles and responsibilities. The Presidium, the Election Committee, and the Secretariat managed the Congress with the highest spirit of impartiality, democracy, and responsibility.
One of the key objectives of the Congress was to elect a new Executive Committee. With high consensus and confidence, the Congress elected a 3-member Executive Committee for the SSK Vietnam Trade Union, 2025-2030 term. These elected officials possess the necessary qualifications, competence, prestige, and enthusiasm. They are entrusted to shoulder the responsibility of leading the company’s trade union movement toward continuous development.
The 3rd SSK Vietnam Trade Union Congress concluded successfully, contributing to strengthening the spirit of solidarity and unity within the collective. The success of the Congress not only captured many memorable moments but also opened a new chapter, promising many achievements in the mission of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees.
