Packaging plastic core

Some materials and products need to be packaged and preserved and used in rolls, such as film, paper, aluminum, copper, and zinc films. Plastic cores with standard inner diameters, we are ready to provide and handle size division according to customer requirements.

The core is made of white POM plastic, with outstanding durability and tension resistance when used, helping the material not to wrinkle or deform when packaged and used.

Plastic cores with standard inner diameters of 76mm or 25mm conform to common standards so customers can assemble them into machinery and equipment without difficulty.

Core thickness up to 4mm ensures lateral stiffness, but does not take up too much weight for the material roll, so customers can safely use it to roll the material.

Pom plastic core is safe for the environment, does not generate dust like paper core, uses aesthetically pleasing packaging and is safe in storage and use.

You can use standard 1200mm long rolls or custom sizes.
